Happy Birthday and Happy Thanksgiving
A year ago today, we became a family of three. What a year it has been. On this, our daughter’s first birthday, the whole country is giving thanks, her father and I most of all, we couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing gift we have been given.
That is the cutest slideshow ever! Congratulations to all 3 of you on achieving this milestone. (But what kind of Birthday cakes do they have in California, huge chunks of it appeared to be evaporating from view there toward the end…?) Many happy returns of the day!
Those huge chunks went to mommy and daddy, we had to have some cake too!

I bet she doesn’t very often get a big dose of sugary stuff like that!!! Nom Nom Nom…. happy baby!!! You’re going to be amazed at the difference between the birthday pictures every year if you take a set on each birthday. Just look back at the pictures you took on day 0 (zero) when she was newborn. What neat changes she’s gone through!
