Amy: we don’t have Green Eggs and Ham yet, haven’t seen it in a board book and J likes to crumple paper too much for real books.
Goodnight Gorilla has so many funny little things to find on each page, I didn’t notice the balloon right away, but now I get a kick out of it, and the pictures on the wall/bedside table.

Kyle likes the ABC’s Dr Suess book, but loooves Green Eggs and Ham – I definitely have that one memorized. He likes Goodnight Gorilla, too – loves finding the balloon on each page.

Reading before bed is one of my favorite times of day!

And there’s an increase in the number of 3d movies in the pipeline, some say they may eventually switch to 3D entirely. Perhaps I’m better off staying home and watching netflix.

I just don’t want food to be a battle with winners and losers! I know it’s a common problem, it’s actually gotten a little better since we stopped giving her so much milk. Thanks for all the advice.

Good post April. I have been thinking about how to respond to this for a couple of days now. I think that some people always have to be cruel about something, why I am not sure. Why do they think it is their business to comment of other peoples weight?

I’d heard that about Avatar, which is one of the reasons I’ve not been to see it as I have a tendency to motion sickness sometimes.

I’m sorry your date was a bust! We haven’t seen “Avatar,” and I think that’s a good thing. I took P to see the “Toy Story” movies in 3D a few months ago, and that made me a little nauseous. I’ll bet I would’ve been right there with you for “Avatar”!
